5 Magnetic Ways To Keep Your Teammates GLUED To Your Team

I want to share with you 5 ways that I have used to keep my Network Marketing team glued to our company. These ways may not work for everyone, but they have worked for me for years. In business, most people say that new people are the “lifeblood” of your business. This means that it won’t survive with new people joining.

This is true, but there is also another “lifeblood” that is equally important. This other “lifeblood” is called Retention. Imagine getting a bunch of people to join your business, but no one stays around. This is not good. You want retention from your customers, clients, and teammates. Retention creates longevity and stability for life of your business.

The first way is to create a Facebook group page for your teammates to be able to interact with each other and interact with you.

The second way is to host weekly webinars or conference calls. This way you can provide constant training that will equip your teammates. Teammates who feel as if they know what to do will stay on your business team.

The third way is to have meeting only for your leaders. Creating a community just for your top producers will inspire others on your business team to strive to also be a top producer, so they won’t feel left out.

To learn about ways 4 and 5, you will have to watch the video below. They are just as important as ways 1, 2, and 3, so I think that you should learn them. Share your thoughts with me after you learn them.

How was that!?

Did it help you??

If you thought so, then share this post with someone else 🙂
